Teaching Yoga & Mindfulness to Children & Teens

Since May 2022

Christiane Kerr is an amazing yoga teacher for all ages and is particularly brilliant with children and teens. Her use of mudras is something that sparked my interest and I’ll be doing more research into that topic.

Her course is full of a child’s/teen’s physical, emotional and hormonal development and endless inspiration for designing nuturing, mindful and holistic yoga classes for children and teens.

Christiane, I’m so grateful for you to share your knowledge and experience. I’m already keen on deepening my knowledge of mindfulness with your course offered later in 2022.

British Wheel of Yoga - Yoga Teacher Certificate (Level 4)

Finding a face-to-face teacher training near me and discovering such wonderful forces of yoga knowledge, appreciation for the spine and its movement as well as compassion for every person’s body – I could not have found better tutors than Kari Knight and Elaine Fletchter!

Yoga Dhana - Teacher Mentoring Programme

YOGABODY - Yoga Trapeze Teacher

The Yogatrapeze is an amazing tool to experience yoga in a different way. This training was delivered by Lucas Rockwood who is a great promoter of the Yoga Trapeze. The YOGABODY style programms are designed for strength and flexibility.

British Wheel of Yoga - Progression Course (Diploma)

By May 2024 (Regulated by the Office for Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual)

This diploma course is designed to help students deepen their understanding of the origins of yoga by delving into breathwork and exploring meditation. The course is led by the exceptional Kari Knight, along with expert lectures from Alistair Shearer. With years of experience studying yogic texts, Alistair is a highly sought-after author and lecturer.

 

Throughout this diploma course, students will explore the ancient roots of yoga and its rich history. They will learn about the importance of breathwork and how it can be used to enhance their practice. Kari Knight has extensive knowledge in the field of yoga and is passionate about sharing her expertise. Combining breathwork with meditation, individuals can achieve a greater sense of inner peace and well-being.

doctor yogi - Yoga anatomy Courses for Children & Adults

Anatomy is a very important part of teaching yoga. In children, their development is also important to be taken into account. Doctor yogi, a medical doctor and yoga teacher with experience on and off the mat with his own human body as well as that of patients and students, brings the anatomy to life. His explanations and examples are supportive of human mobility, flexibility and expected strength.

YOGABODY - Breath coach

Breathing is a natural function that we perform every day. It is also one of the most powerful ways to connect with our nervous system. Breathwork methods can be invigorating and energizing, calming and relaxing, or stabilizing and supportive in any situation. This course delves into various techniques that are commonly taught in yoga classes worldwide. Taught by Lucas Rockwood of YOGABODY.
