At Ma Durga Yoga we believe that in our fast pace world there is space needed for calming yogic exercise for children, that offers a balance to neglected postures during school, play and time spend on electric devices. We support physical movement paired with breath awareness and calming exercises for the central nervous system.
We explore mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness and self-care through movement (asana) and stillness (shavasana).
