Introducing yoga to children from as early as 12 months. Teaching young children movement and stillness during their nursery and pre-school age supporting the foundation for balanced and harmonic development.
Classes
Toddler and Pre-school Yoga in locations near Diss on the Suffolk & Norfolk border in the gorgeous Waveney Valley.
My starting venue will be the beautiful activity centre Roots in Stuston and the amazing Peacocks nursery in Stuston.
